Why Swillington?
Swillington Park is part of a working organic farm, surrounded by parkland, wildlife and open countryside.
It's what makes staying, celebrating and spending time here feel different. You can wake up in the countryside, take a dip in the lake, warm up in the sauna, enjoy great local food and experience different parts of Swillington without having to go anywhere else.
We're also working to make what we do lower impact, from reducing unnecessary single-use items to working with local suppliers and making the most of what's already here.

Find your perfect Christmas tree at Swillington Park from Friday 20th November.
With hundreds of freshly cut trees to choose from, you can browse them unwrapped before we prepare your chosen tree to take home. Sizes range from 3ft to 15ft.
