Whether you’re planning a hen weekend, a milestone birthday, a retreat or simply an excuse to get everyone together, Wild Bells gives you space to do it your way.

Set within the parkland of Swillington Farm, our exclusive-use bell tent village is yours for the weekend. Spend your days exploring, enjoying activities or relaxing together, then gather around the fire or dance under the stars.

With comfortable beds, hot showers, a sheltered space to gather and your own facilities, you can enjoy time outdoors with plenty of home comforts.

One booking gives your group exclusive use of Wild Bells, including your bell tents, gathering spaces and facilities.

Your weekend includes:

  • Furnished bell tents with beds, bedding and cosy blankets

  • A large gathering tent with seating, rugs and lanterns

  • A sheltered area with a communal table and benches

  • A firepit with seating, fuel and marshmallows for toasting

  • A silent disco for the whole weekend

  • A gas BBQ and utensils

  • A catering area with fridges, sinks, power and hot drinks

  • Your own toilets, hot showers and dressing area

  • Games, lighting and on-site parking

Make the weekend your own

As relaxed or as lively as you like

Plan a weekend that feels right for your group. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, organise a workshop, get competitive with a sports day or make the most of your silent disco.

You can also arrange activities and catering with outside suppliers. We can share details of suppliers who have worked at Wild Bells before, or you’re welcome to suggest your own.

Please check any outside suppliers with us before booking them.

Add a wild swim and sauna

Just a short walk away, Swillington Wilds offers wild swimming and a wood-fired lakeside sauna. It’s a lovely way to slow down, spend time together and add something different to your weekend.

Sessions must be booked in advance through Swillington Wilds.

Your 2027 weekend at this year’s price

Book by 31st December 2026 to secure your 2027 stay at the 2026 price.

£175 per person for two nights
Usual 2027 price: £185 per person.

Your booking includes exclusive use of the Wild Bells glamping village from 12pm Friday to 2pm Sunday, with accommodation and facilities for your group.

Secure your date with a £60 per person deposit.

Prices are based on a minimum of 16 guests. A refundable damage deposit is payable separately.

    Tug of war, egg-and-spoon, sack and three-legged races, complete with medals and a flag for the winners’ photo.

    Giant Jenga, limbo and croquet, perfect for getting everyone mixing between activities.

  • Picnic set

    Outdoor rugs, low tables, cushions and table decorations for a relaxed lunch or afternoon tea. Food and catering arranged separately.

  • Mocktail bar

    Glassware, shakers, ice, mixers, ingredients and recipes. Bring your own spirits if you’d prefer cocktails.

FAQs

  • Loads! We've compiled a list of our favourite suppliers who have worked at our sites before so just get in touch for more info. You're also welcome to book your own suppliers but these must be checked with us first before you book them. Please note DJ's, Live Music and Hot Tubs are not permitted on site.

  • We have sports day kits, lawn games, guest audiobooks, picnic sets and polaroid cameras available to hire for the weekend. They are available to hire for the full weekend so you can run the activities when they suit you. Check out your Planning Pack for more information on these including prices.

  • We can host from 16 to 20 guests.

  • We take a £60pp* deposit to secure your date and the remaining balance is due 30 days before you arrive. *Based on the minimum number of guests.

  • Silent disco is provided in all our packages and is available the whole weekend so you can party whenever you want!

  • Yes! You have your own toilets, showers and catering areas so there's no sharing with strangers.

  • Yes, we've had mixed groups for hen weekends and big birthdays. We just can't host full stag groups.

  • Yes, we take a damage deposit. This is taken when you pay the remaining balance 30 days prior to the event and is refunded afterwards within 14 days. More information is in our T&C’s.

  • All payments are made by bank transfer.
